Scanning and Imaging

We provide clients with a service whereby all document collection, preparation, imaging and indexing is carried out by Tidy Files staff.

These document images are transferred to clients while all hard copy documents are transferred by Tidy Files to an off-site archive facility for the retention period specified by the client.


Active Filing Storage and Management Solution

We provide clients with an Outsourced Active Filing storage and management service, which enables clients to manage their records remotely.

This service allows clients to access all their documents quickly and easily without the expense of storing these records on-site.

Clients are able to outsource the complete management of the filing processes to Tidy Files either at the client’s premises or to a secure off-site storage facility.

Experienced Tidy Files teams manage all daily, weekly and monthly processes, such as maintaining file content and interfiling.

Retention period monitoring and management is all systematically maintained, controlled and updated.

Clients have complete access to fully integrated file and document tracking facilities as well as the option of requesting customised reports.
